Black Resin | Burl Islands - Side Table/Wall Art/Centre Piece - Project 11002
Start of positioning wood on size 30cm x 20cm
Wood positioning ready for the preparing resin and adding black
Resin ready for colouring
Second pour with weights removed 21 hours
First pour with black colouring
Weight wood pieces down from moving
Start of air filling and sanding
Making better sanding and filling - looking for an big imperfections, which there is none and normal
4 Days curing to set resin then removed from mould.
Next takes filling | sanding | buffing before final
Becoming a more complete piece of
Almost done sanding too finish the showing of the burl Islands.
I have a few questions on my mind while wood with this piece...
Do I go for a Matt or Gloss finish look?
Show it be wall art | table feature or make so more similar for table place mats
Though are my question, I am thinking?
